About

The people who do the integration work.

Michael Pickman OÜ is a small senior team working across Europe and the UK. We build the connectors and middleware between ERP, CRM, ecommerce, marketplaces and carriers, directly and under the brands of the agencies and ERP partners who resell us.

What we actually are

A senior team that does the work other people would rather not quote.

There is no delivery office somewhere cheaper and no bench of juniors waiting to be assigned. The person who scopes your integration is the person who writes it, and you have their name and their calendar from the first call.

That shape is deliberate. Integration projects fail at the handover. The consultant who understood why the two systems disagree moves on, and whoever inherits the code finds a field mapping nobody wrote down. We removed the handover instead of managing it.

We are registered in Estonia and work remotely across Europe and the UK. In practice that means EU contracting and invoicing are straightforward, our hours overlap with both CET and GMT, and a client who needs their data to stay in the UK gets a UK region rather than an argument.

How we are set up

Four commitments, not four values.

Values are free to write. These cost us something, which is why they are worth reading.

  1. 01

    One named engineer per engagement

Not a pod and not a rotating roster. A senior engineer with eight years or more behind them, who stays until the handover is signed.

  2. 02

The mapping is written before the code

Every field, direction, transformation and owner goes into a document you keep. If we vanished tomorrow, your next supplier could pick it up on the Monday.

  3. 03

You own everything at the end

Repository, documentation and infrastructure definitions transfer to you. No runtime licence, no per-message fee, nothing that makes leaving expensive.

  4. 04

We say when something is a first for us

If we have not shipped a particular connector before, you hear it during scoping, not in week five when the estimate starts moving.

Where we say no

The work we turn down.

Knowing what a supplier refuses tells you more than knowing what they offer.

  • Licence reselling

We take no margin on your HubSpot, Salesforce or Odoo seats. Taking one would quietly change what we recommend, and you would never be able to tell.

  • First-line support for platforms we did not build

We will document and repair an integration somebody else wrote. We will not become your helpdesk for the ERP underneath it.

  • Projects with no owner for the data model

If nobody can say which system wins when two records disagree, the integration is not ready to build. No amount of engineering fixes an unmade decision.

  • Staff augmentation by the hour

We sell a finished connector, not a seat. If what you need is a body in your standup, we are the wrong shop and we will say so on the first call.
