OpenAI or Anthropic?
We work with both, and increasingly with EU-hosted open-source models. Selection is per workflow: latency-sensitive tasks may run on smaller, faster models; reasoning-heavy tasks on Claude Opus or GPT-5.
Where do you host AI workloads?
EU by default. Anthropic and OpenAI offer EU residency tiers; we configure them. Open-source models run on AWS Frankfurt or Hetzner.
Can you build us a custom agent?
Yes — that's most of what we do now. Agents calling HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, internal APIs. We use the Claude Agent SDK and similar tooling.
How do you keep AI workflows safe?
Three layers: deterministic guards in code (regex, allow-lists), structured outputs with schema validation, and automated evaluations that catch regressions before they ship.
