RevOps and reporting
Numbers finance will sign, out of systems that disagree.
Pipeline, attribution and forecast reporting built on a data model where every team means the same thing by the same word.
RevOps and Reporting
Reporting arguments are almost never about the dashboard. They are about three systems holding three definitions of an active customer, a qualified lead and a closed month. We settle the definitions and the plumbing, then build the dashboard.
RevOps and Reporting
Numbers finance will sign, out of systems that disagree.
Revenue data model
One agreed definition per metric, documented, with the system of record named for every field that feeds it.
Pipeline and forecast dashboards
Stage-by-stage conversion, velocity, cohort retention and a forecast built on the same numbers finance already uses.
Attribution that holds up
Multi-touch attribution wired through the CRM and the warehouse, with the assumptions written down instead of buried in a formula.
Lifecycle and scoring design
Lifecycle stages, lead scoring and routing designed around your actual sales motion rather than copied from a template.
Fractional RevOps
A quarterly review and a standing engineer, for teams changing their process continuously rather than once a year.
FAQ
Our CRM already has dashboards. How is this different?
CRM dashboards report what the CRM knows. The arguments start when finance and marketing count the same month differently, or when the number depends on a system the CRM cannot see. That is a data model problem, not a charting one.
Do we need a data warehouse?
Often not. We recommend one when reporting needs history the CRM discards, joins across systems the CRM cannot reach, or volumes that make native reports too slow to use.
Can you fix our attribution?
We can make it honest, documented and consistent. Anyone promising perfect multi-touch attribution across offline touchpoints is selling something, and we would rather tell you what the model can and cannot prove.
Who maintains it afterwards?
Your team, using the documentation. We stay on a quarterly retainer only if you want one, and the dashboards do not stop working if you do not.
