Marketing automation

Campaigns that run on your data, not on a list somebody exported.

Lead generation, nurturing, scoring and multichannel campaigns built inside the CRM and connected to the systems that actually know what a customer bought.

Marketing Automation

Automation gets blamed for problems that are really data problems. A nurture sequence emailing somebody about a product they already own is not a copywriting failure. We connect the automation to the systems that know the answer, and then build the sequences.

01

Lead generation and capture

Forms, landing pages, webinars and gated content wired into the CRM with source and consent captured properly at the point of collection.

02

Nurturing and scoring

Behaviour-based sequences and a scoring model tied to what actually predicts a closed deal in your own data, not in a vendor benchmark.

03

Multichannel campaigns

Email, SMS and WhatsApp orchestrated from one place, with suppression rules that respect the systems of record.

04

Account-based marketing

Target account lists, buying-group tracking and sales alerts that fire on real intent rather than on a single page view.

05

Consent and deliverability

GDPR-compliant consent capture, a real preference centre, domain authentication and list hygiene that keeps you out of spam folders.

FAQ

Do you write the copy?

We build the machine and the reporting. We work alongside your copywriter or your agency, and we will tell you when the problem is the sequence structure rather than the words in it.

Which platform do you build on?

Usually HubSpot or Salesforce, because that is where we go deepest. The platform matters less than whether the automation can see the data it needs to make a decision.

Can this run across several countries and languages?

Yes, and it should be designed that way from the start. Retrofitting a multi-country structure onto a portal built for one market is most of the cost of doing it later.

How do you handle GDPR?

Consent is captured where the data is collected, with a record of exactly what was agreed and when. The preference centre is real rather than an unsubscribe link, because that is what the regulation actually asks for.
