Pet care is fragmented across paper vaccination cards, vet WhatsApp groups, Google searches and forgotten appointment reminders. Owners lose records, miss vaccines and panic-google symptoms at 3 AM. Existing apps are either US-centric, broken in Europe, or designed to extract data.
We treated this like a healthcare product, not a pet toy: encrypted records, verified veterinarians, ISO 27001-aligned processes, "never replaces a vet" as a hard product principle. AI is a triage tool, not a diagnostic — the model returns a colour-coded urgency (green / yellow / red) with an explanation, not a verdict.
